The Terrafugia TF-2, An Innovative Idea For Air & Road Vehicle!
The TF-2 is a three part transportation system consisting of a passenger or cargo cabin that is transported by an air vehicle and a road vehicle. The system is therefore able to take you almost anywhere, from origin to final destination.

The TF-2 Air Vehicle propulsion system is comprised of 8 electric motors, powered initially by a turbine generator and ultimately powered by batteries as technology advances.
The ground module will take them to a nearby vertiport where they will transfer to a flight vehicle while passengers will remain in the pod. This transfer time will only take about 2 minutes.The TF-2 is still a concept vehicle and will not be a part of your daily commute for quite some time.
